CLUBHOUSE & GYM

The Ladies of the Community came and conducted their magical skills of Christmas Decorations in the Clubhouse. 12/4/19. and they did a beautiful job doing so. I'm working on installing the exterior Christmas decorations (STARTED) today 12/7/19 and completed early next week. The PM program for the fitness room equipment will be done on Tuesday December10, 2019. Per Mike Brown Owner of THE GYM GURU

LANDSCAPING & LIGHTING

The tall shrubs were installed in the area of shed to hide the storage area of the light poles / Ladders and such,. Some additional shrubs were planted on the opposite side of shed to help hide the pool equipment and such. Stepping stones were also added for a pathway for pool tech to gain access to the pool equipment. Drip lines were installed around all new shrubbery to feed new plants water as necessary. The street lights that were reported (OUT of order), were repaired by Gault Electric LLC. and are now fully functional. It seems that a wire nut had vibrated loose from all of the heavy equipment shaking the ground in the new construction are on Clemente Drive. There was also an issue at the power supply breaker panel of PS#2 / breaker loose and been separated with poor connection of buses. Due primarily with the construction and the installation of the brand ( New Pump Station) #2. There were two issues causing lights out on this circuit, having so much going on in both ends of the spectrum / areas of concern. All is well now, the street lights are functioning fine at this time.

LAKES

The water samples were drawn from all (6) of the Lakes / (2) wells, The TDS levels were tested and recorded to stay in compliance with the St. Johns Water Management personnel. The tests confirmed that the lake and wells have stabilized from last months samples. Although the water levels are a bit low at this time due to lack of rainfall, they're always low this time of year. We haven't had to use the Artisan wells yet this year, but we do have that option.

LAKE FOUNTAINS

All ( 6) Lake fountains are working fine at this time. The exit fountain at Shearwater Parkway needs an auto-fill valve assembly. SPIES will our vendor, will be here on Monday December 9,2019. The graffiti was buffed off of stonework and tiles and the graffiti was painted over complete as needed.

STREETS & SIDEWALKS

The sidewalk cleaning project (Headed up by GMS crew), should be completed soon / early next week.

GATES & WALLS

The Christmas decorations were installed on the entrance / exit gates on both South Patrick and Shearwater Parkway Thursday / Friday this week. 12/5/6/19

PLAYGROUND
