CLUBHOUSE & GYM

The old carpet was removed from fitness room floor and a new rubberized floor system was installed. although a majority of the scope of work has been completed, the vendor has to come back and install a transition strip to isolate the two separate flooring systems. The floor mats that were used underneath some of the fitness equipment were cleaned and utilized in other areas of the Clubhouse. such as in the front door entranceways and on the pool deck shower area

POOL & POOL DECK AREA

All,

This week Insight went back and tested all of the failed zones on clocks A-C and some of the zones with flow “concerns.” Here are the results https://www.easymapmaker.com/map/Montecitocdd.

Zone 54 on clock B, which waters the roundabout in front of the clubhouse, is the only zone on clocks A through C that does not operate from the timer. All other zones are working.

We were not able to test clocks D or E this week since both clocks are shorted. I know Paradise Lawns was on site yesterday searching for the short on clock E. Let us know if there are any questions or concerns.

Thank you for updating the map. I noticed that zone 54 shows as no flow I believe this is because well station 2 provides the water for this zone. Next time you run a test will you try zone 54 on clock B with well station 2.

We are working to resolve the problems on clock D and E rain has been hindering us this Week while working on electrical issues I will notify everyone when they are back up and running. I tried testing zone 54 and watching for flow on Pump station 2. You are correct. It is getting water from pump station 2 somehow. Very strange because it did not used to be that way.
