The landscape portion of the pool deck area has been completed
Insight tested controller B this week. The following zones failed:
Zone 4 (727 Palos Verde) Brandon Dietrich informed me that they are having some trees/bushes removed so they can access the valve for zone 4.
Zone 54 (roundabout in front of clubhouse)
Zone 57 (269 Montecito).
Zones 16 (315 Point lobos) and 19 (rotors on pond) on clock B are having work done on the pipes so I labeled them as “pools” for now, meaning those zones are down temporarily for repairs. All,
Pump station #3 is currently in rain shutdown. The rain sensor on Pump #1 did not put the system in rain shutdown this morning for some reason. Just be aware.
I am going to request that Hoover take a look at the rain sensor on that pump.
There is a street light Out of order furthest West light pole on Redondo. Gualt Electric LLC.was notified and we are on their schedule for repairs.
American Eco Systems came out 7/31/2019 and treated all 6 lakes for algae and vegetation (Hydrilla) This treatment will be done again in 2 weeks.
All fountains and lighting to fountains are working at this time.
There is still concrete cracked and broken around in the area 300 block of Montecito Drive sidewalk where the construction was done when the pool installation took place, on the corner of Monterey Drive and Montecito Drive. It seems that the concrete was poured / but the new sidewalk got damages???
The gate are functioning fine at this time. It seems that the glitch that we were experiencing has been corrected after the software issues were changed to the correct configuration.
There have been complaints of wasp and hornet activity at the playground. I sprayed several nesting areas of pests manifestation on the slides and playground equipment as needed.
The shrubs were removed in area around the shed area as Paradise prepares to start the beautification project in this concentrated Eastern side area of the Clubhouse & shed.
