Replace the burned out bulbs in lighting fixtures along outside walkways / archways and along the face wall of patio. Some of these fixtures had bad hardware,/ replaced the hardware as needed. All lighting fixtures are luminating fine now. The Rules signage was installed to match the pool gate signage, on the designated walls and areas for these signs.

IRRRIGATION [Updates provided by Insight Irrigation LLC.]

A couple things have happened and I want to make sure everyone is in the loop.

Paradise found the valve behind 717-731 Ventura throttled down. That building is receiving water again.

Paradise has been working on rerouting/repairing pipes for pool installs.

Pump #1 did not operate last night because the butterfly valve was left closed overnight.

Once the butterfly valve was reopened, one of the places where the pipe was rerouted/repaired came apart.

Insight has been testing timer A today. We will have the results posted on the map by tomorrow. Will email everyone with the updated results.

Tyler Salas – Irrigation Manager Hoover came out and installed a new air relief valve at PS#3 on July 25, 2019 Tech name was Jason He arrived at 5:30 pm. and departed at 6:00 pm.

Gault Electric LLC came out and found a direct short in the wiring in one of the receptacles in the Clubhouse Great room. They also identified and corrected the wiring that feeds the 3/way wall lights switches. They replaced a on/off switch in kitchen. as needed. I had them correct any issues that we had here ,while they were out here chasing down the dead short problem. All is well now at the Clubhouse

It is my understanding that the fountains at both entry's and exits will be put into service using the irrigation water. This determination was made by William of GMS to again try utilizing these fountains using this irrigation water. New chlorinators and filtration systems were installed by SPIES. I'm not sure when these fountains will be operational.

The entrance gate at Shearwater was out of sync again. Awhile ago Brad a Tech of Florida Door Control was out here doing preventative maintenance and he retarded the speed on the slave controller to delay somewhat before closing cycle, so that it would end up resting closed at the same time of the master operator came to rest at close. When the configuration was changed in the software as many times it does change from time to time. This created a glitch in the timing of the gate closing cycle, the master operator would begin to close and the slave was on delay mode; picking up the gate travel of the master gate closing. Which would create a false read, because there was something in the travel pathway. By eliminating the delay on the slave controller and have both controllers operating simultaneously in sync with the new configuration of the software, the glitch disappeared. The entrance gate to Shearwater gate controllers are now operating fine and in sync with one another. Amen.
