The rear emergency door, side patio door from fitness room to patio, had a new crash bars / lock assemblies installed by CDA Solutions. These were in need of replacement because the elements simply destroyed the exterior finish of these locking mechanisms.

The old style (PANIC) button was installed by Sonitrol on the exterior wall of the fitness room. The old style was not compatible with the new security(MY SONITROL) system. This panic button is for opening the West side gate of pool entrance / exit and for EMERGENCY use only per signage. This emergency button was installed in a weather proof clear plastic enclosure and mounted / sealed with clear silicone around button accordingly.

The street lights on the 700 block of Ventura drive were reported out of order by me (Randy McGrath) (DFS) after noticing the outage in my drive through the Community nighttime inspection that I perform every week. I noticed the outage over the Forth of July weekend and left a detailed message with Gault Electric LLC immediately. I spoke with Gault Electric LLC on Monday July 6, 2020 as a follow-up procedure, to get on their schedule to make the necessary repairs. Gault Electric LLC was able to arrive on Tuesday morning and inspected the issue, finding that the lighting contacts for the 700 block of Ventura Drive located at Pump Station #2 power supply boxes had failed and were in need of replacement. Gault Electric LLC went to the electrical supply house and purchased new contacts for this series of street lights. They installed the new parts and we now have the 700 block of street lights functioning. Job Complete. I had generated a ticket and I closed this ticket 7/8/20

The TDS levels were taken on July 1,2020 and were posted, however the water levels of the lakes were not posted but are as follows, Lake Sonoma 4' 0" and Lake Catalina was 3'7" and Lake Valencia was 3'7"

The fountains at South Patrick entrance / exit, and Shearwater Parkway entrance / exit were treated with BROMINE tablets on Monday July 6,2020. All 4 fountains were functioning fine at that time All 6 other fountains were also operating fine. however, when I did my Community drive through over the 4th of July weekend, I reported to William V. of (GMS) that the lighting at Lake Pace Dina #1 lights were not functioning. I advised William to contact Cascade Fountain Company of the lights not functioning at this particular fountain.

GMS has been installing the new park-benches throughout the Community in pre-assigned areas designated by Larry Bradshaw / William V.

The gate that was damaged on 06/22/20 has been put back into service and the Shearwater entrance gate was adjusted and put in sync with the other half of gate, so that both gate assemblies can travel through a complete cycle without interference of each other; so they can come to rest after a smooth transition of travel. The persons responsible for the damages has come forward and took responsibility for these damages Walter (860)838-1367
