CLUBHOUSE & GYM

The A/C filters were changed out and commercial grade vinigar was poured down the drain pipes to clear the drains of sluge type contaminants. Inspect the float switches for smooth operation and any drainage type issues. All checked out A-Okay.

POOL & POOL DECK AREA

The pool shower valve assembly was worn out and in need of replacement. Locate, pick up, and installed a new new sping loaded water control valve to the exterior pool shower. There has been an excess of NATS infestation this year at the pool, and the dead NAT-FLIES have been gathering up in the pool equipment filtration grids, along with the sun block, sun tan lotions which gather together and cause blockage of the pool circulation capacity FLOW. The pool chemicals are spot on and the pool pump is operating at 350 GPM. The water levels in the pool needed to be lowered twice this week due to rainfall.

LAKE FOUNTAINS

All 6 lake fountains and lighting are working fine at this time. The Shearwater Parkway entrance & exit fountains are functioning properly at this time, the South Patrick exit fountain is also functioning fine. however, the South Patrick entrance fountain is having issues with being able to keep water in the reservoir. This fountain gets it's water supply from the irrigation system, however, the irrigation has not been watering due to rain sensor not allowing PS#1 to water because of rainfall triggering the system not to water.
