CLUBHOUSE & GYM

The painting of the exterior walls of Clubhouse shed was completed. The roof of shed will need to be painted (brown) to match the trim and doors. I will need to rent some scaffolding in order to complete this task safely.

POOL & POOL DECK AREA

Made adjustments to new Stenner pump to disperse the chlorine chemicals correctly and evenly with the marantic acid feeder. Both Stenner pumps are dispersing evenly now. The ping-pong table super structure was cleaned of rust and painted (BLACK) to be able bto get more life out of this table. I researched this, replacement cost to replace this particular table is approximately $1100.00

IRRRIGATION

Nothing to report at this time. No report given by Paradise Lawn & Irrigation this week. Irrigation Manager is not in the office today.. Sorry for the inconvenience, Paradise will not be able to send this weeks report today..

LANDSCAPING & LIGHTING

The East side Street light at the Shearwater entrance closest to roadway was retro fitted to the new LED type light system.

LAKES

The Pond #1 reservoir well was outfitted with a control valve to be able to lower and raise water levels of all of the interconnected ponds. This is an attempt to conserve and utilize our rainwater more efficiently.

LAKE FOUNTAINS

Fountain #5 had a new pump / motor assembly and capacitor box installed. Fountain #5 is now functioning fine at this time.

STREETS & SIDEWALKS

Nothing to report at this time.

GATES & WALLS

I contacted FDC about the entrance gate at Shearwater is acting up. They'll be here on Monday June 1,,2019 to check this issue out.

PLAYGROUND

Nothing to report at this time.

OTHER
