POOL & POOL DECK AREA

Pool: The pool pump quit operating. After checking all voltages In this system, I found that the wiring that feeds this system had burnt up inside of the conduit from breaker box to pump control panel. This was due to a power surge of some sort lightning or dead short had welded the power leads together. I removed all three damaged wiring leads twelve feet in length of #8-gauge wire and replaced by pulling all new #8-gauge wiring leads (RED, BLACK, and GREEN), throulh the conduit. Made all of the necesary connections at the breaker panel and at the control box panel. Energized the system and checked operation of pool pump, the pool pump system Is up and running fine now.

IRRRIGATION

Irrigation Pumps: We completed our monthly Irrigetion inspection. Alex is completing the paperwork this weekend and I' ll be sending the report over this weekend.
The rain sensor at PSlt2 was installed.

We have been primarily leaving the irrilation off due to all of the rain.

Hoover came out and attempted to repair the leaking filter at ml, however due to the location of the leak and the amount of rust on the bolts, he has to return with more parts. There is a chance that the bottom section of the filter housing has cracked and would need to be replaced. The only way to know for certain will be when he takes the whole thing apart. Due to all the fresh water fimng the ponds, the pond levels are looking much better and the rain also helps the water quality we are irrigating with.

LANDSCAPING & LIGHTING

Street lights: There is one street light out of order at the intersection of Point Lobos Drive and Palos Verde Drive. Seeing how there Is only one street light out at this time, we've opted to wait until there are at least two street lights out of order before dispatching Gault Electric LLC to change out the street light bulbs because of the cost of the boom truck one trip charge, for two street lights repaired. This saves the Community money In the long run.

PONDS

Ponds: We have received some long-awaited ra infall recently, which has helped in the quality of water to irrigate with and the water levels have raised up approximately 1 foot, because all of the ponds are all inter-connected this is great news. We appreciate these rains and only hope and pray that these rain patterns continue.
