CLUBHOUSE & GYM

: The EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY door at the rear of the fitness room has been re-activated for alarm to sound off if this door opened or breached in any fashion. The signage was posted on this door to be visible from both sides of this EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR ONLY.

POOL & POOL DECK AREA

: In the area of the pool equipment a cat-walk was installed for the Brevard pool tech to be able to navigate around the filtration wells reservoir and the float assembly auto- fill/ valve.

IRRRIGATION

: There is a major leak was reported at the rear property of 686 Palos Verde Drive (Robert Schweiger residence). I shut the power supply was shut off due to this after-hours emergency, I contacted Tyler Salas of Insight’s Irrigation Manager/ monitor to make him aware of the situation and status of PS#1. There have been several geysers reported on Carlsbad Drive and Paradise Lawn & Irrigation Co. have been diligently locating and repairing issues of stuck valves on the 700 block of Ventura Drive. I believe that in due time these geysers will be repaired ASAP. I’m not certain who put a lock assembly on PS#1 main water control valve, but this info should have been communicated with Ed Henson, William V., Jason Showe or myself Randy McGrath.

LANDSCAPING & LIGHTING

: There are now two street lights out of order (1) at the entrance of South Patrick North bulb and (2) on Simeon Drive caddy- corner from the Model Home of the year. Gault Electric LLC Company was notified and have put us on their schedule for bulb replacement sometime next week.

LAKES

: The ponds are still LOW, and pond #4 has the beginnings of hydrilla vegetation starting to manifest along the North- East side of the pond. I will contact American Ecosystems early next week to have them come out and treat this issue before it can grow out of control.

LAKE FOUNTAINS

: Fountain #4 has a weak display/report. I contacted Johnathan of Cascade Fountain Company and he should be here early next week to investigate this problem. There is something restricting the water flow or simply some debris is gathered in the intake of this fountain. He is aware of this situation and will be here to resolve this dilemma...

GATES & WALLS

: South Patrick Entrance gate continues to have center loop issues intermittently. FDC has ordered the part (Wireless Loop) and will install when it comes in on order.
