CLUBHOUSE & GYM

Gym: The carpet in the fitness room has been scheduled to be cleaned, deodorized, and properly dried. All of the fitness equipment recently was checked out and all necessary adjustments were made for smooth and safe operation
Clubhouse: I continue to improve the Clubhouse , I have also scheduled for all of the Clubhouse furniture be treated and cleaned professionally, deodorized as well. this also includes thoroughly cleaning and deodorizing the throw rug underneath the Clubhouse living room furniture. The process will leave the fitness room, Great room and the Clubhouse Office with a
refreshing citrus aroma. I am certain that this will enhance and refresh the Clubhouse immensely.

POOL & POOL DECK AREA

The pool pump and chemical levels are fine at this time. Nothing to report.

IRRRIGATION

Irrigation Pumps: The sFH irrigation system is out of order until Tuesday March 6, 2018 due to a mainline break caused by the pool installation crew ruptured this irrigation line while excavating the second of two pool being installed at 738 and 728 Monterey Drive rear of property closest to pond #2. The actual repair will take place on Monday March 5, 2018, But there is a 24 hour cure time on the repair before re energizing the irrigation system. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may be causing the SFH residents. The TH irrigation system is operating fine at this time.

LANDSCAPING & LIGHTING

Street Lights : All of the street lights are operating fine at this time. All of the streetlights have been repaired from Hurricane IRMA.

LAKES

The Ponds are LOW. This is normal for this time of year. The artesian wells are supplementing some of the water levels because the lack of rainfall. We continue to stay within our CUP allotment allowed by the st Johns Water Management.

LAKE FOUNTAINS

Fountain #4 has a very bad display and we are starting to have all of the fountains jets cleaned by Cascade Fountains Company as part of a service agreement we came to terms with recently. Fountain #4 will be the first fountain to be completely serviced, / Lighting as well will be repaired.

STREETS & SIDEWALKS
GATES & WALLS

The entrance gate on South Patrick has been acting up and sporadically opening and not completing its close cycle, and on occasions not opening at all . After troubleshooting this problem I found that the electric eye sensor had been out of alignment with the other corresponding eye. Realigned both sensors to work in unison with each other. Checked operation
repeatedly, all is working fine at this time.

PLAYGROUND

I am continuing the work at the PLAYGROUND. I should finish the painting of the superstructure of the playground next week if at all possible.

OTHER

Approved Repairs / Projects Status: The Fencing around the both irrigation pump stations has been approved. I found out today 3/2/2018 that the work is scheduled 16 weeks out or sooner if they have any cancellations. The work will be done by Superior Fence Company out of Melbourne, Florida.
